1 Dear [NAME],
Thank you for signing up for my newsletter. I know it has been a long time since some of you have signed on, but it has taken me a while to get the hang of this program. I hope to get better at it and send out more newsy letters in the future.
Spring is here and Adam and I are ready to launch into a busy summer season for art, cycling, and tree work. We had a great winter and skied a bunch in between trips with our bikes. We went to Bend, OR in December for the Cyclocross US Nationals (I got silver this time), then to Belgium in January for the Cyclocross Masters Worlds (I got gold again!), and even to Florida in March for some smooth, flat road miles. I got a new mountain bike this spring, a Seven Sola SLX ti 29er and we are ready to ride!
...but work comes first.

Open Studio/Unframed Artwork Sale

Memorial Day is coming right up, a traditional open studio weekend in Vermont. My studio will be open to the public on Saturday, May 28th from 11 am to 4:30 pm. I am located at 105 Rt. 100 in Warren, VT. Please feel free to contact me for an appointment if you would like to come a different day.

I have several nice pastels on hand and never enough frames. I can't keep up with all the framing and frankly, I would rather spend the time creating more artwork than cutting mats. Thus, the unframed artwork sale. This is a good opportunity to get an original and frame it as you like. My friends at the Lee-Parrish Gallery in Waitsfield are offering 15% off the cost of framing if you bring it to them. I can give you a discount card at the time of purchase. I strongly suggest using Tru-Vu glass with an anti-reflective coating for best results.

If you are not local, I also have a partial list of what is available that I can send through email by request. Shipping is much less expensive without the frames as well.

In addition to some very new work, I have some great deals on work that is out of circulation and looking for the right wall to call home.

Hope to see you on the weekend!
